Can I buy from my local bike shop?

Absolutely, check out our stockists or ask your preferred retailer to get in contact with us.

Shipping and Delivery

We generally pack and ship orders the same day they are received.

Delivery to a business address is usually easiest, unless you have someone home to sign for the package. If shipping to a business, please add the name of the business to the delivery address when checking out.

Exchanges

If what you ordered is not quite what you wanted, or you need a different size just send it back (unused with original tags) and we will swap it out, or refund your purchase. The return freight is on you, but we cover the costs to get the replacement out.
