How gift vouchers work
We automatically create a gift voucher with a unique code, then we link it to the person named as the recipient and send them an email stating the sender and the gift message. That email includes all the details they need to redeem the voucher.


How does a person redeem the gift voucher online?
On the payment step in the checkout just click 'Use a gift voucher', enter the voucher code, and the remaining credit on the voucher is deducted from the order.


Purchase a gift voucher
To purchase, simply add a gift voucher value below, click "add to cart" and follow the usual checkout process.
The gift voucher will be emailed to directly to the designated person, and is valid for 2 years.
Minimum value for a gift voucher is $20

Gift vouchers can only be redeemed online.
Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be credited to an account. No change will be given.
Unredeemed balances will remain on the voucher until used, or the expiry date is reached.
Any balance that remains on the card after expiry will not be available for use.
If an order exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid with a credit card or bank transfer.
