Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to get my order?
We ship all orders with New Zealands favourite courier provider, NZ Post. Orders received before 3pm are shipped the same business day via tracked courier. Orders shipped in a courier bag (up to lineflow size) are generally overnight delivery nationwide, with larger orders packed in a carton and shipped on a 1-2 day North Island, and 2-3 day South Island service. An overnight South Island freight service for cartons is available, please call us for options. Orders received after 3pm will be shipped the following business day.

Please note delivery to rural addresses can add between 1-3 days to the standard targeted delivery times.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only. Any damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hrs of receipt quoting invoice number, and courier tracking number. Contact can be made by email or phone, preferably with digital image showing damage. We will endeavour to remedy all disputes within 10 days of notification.

Recycled Courier Bags
We ship most orders packed in recycled courier bags from r3pack. These bags are made from post-consumer and post-industrial material, made entirely out of waste. We re-use packaging materials from our inbound shipments, so you may receive products wrapped in perforated paper, corrugated card or bubble wrap. Please let us know should you not wish to receive bubble wrap with your order.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary with order value (and thus size). Cost will be shown during checkout.

International Shipping
Our products are only available for delivery within New Zealand. We do not accept orders via our website for delivery to other countries. However, if there is no local distributor in your country of a product you wish to purchase, we are happy to contact our supplier to request authorisation for us to supply your order. In this case, please contact us directly.
